Chinese people can add five more countries to their list of potential destinations. From January 1st, next year, Chinese citizens will be able to travel to Argentina, Venezuela, Uganda, Bangladesh and Andorra on group tours.
The China National Tourism Administration announced Tuesday that China has signed memorandums of understanding on tourism with all five countries. Under the agreements, Chinese tourists can visit these countries in tour groups for now, and each group must have one team leader. The local travel agencies in the five countries will be responsible for providing guides and resolving any problems they may encounter on the road.
